Workflows - How to Add Notifications

This article will cover how to set internal notifications in your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. When someone visits your page, they can take specific actions, such as opting into one of your pages, buying a product, etc. Receiving notifications every time this happens is vital for following up with your customers.

In ClickFunnels 2.0, you can set email or account notifications from within your Workflows area.

Requirements


Add notifications from a workflow

  1. Click Marketing from the left main menu, then click on Workflows.

  2. Click on the workflow you want to add the notification.

  3. Once in your Workflow builder, click on the + symbol.

    Select the trigger in this workflow based on the action you want to receive the notification.

  4. Click on Notify from the Internal actions.

  5. Complete the following information.
    Complete this information

    1. Select the team members you want to notify.
    2. Add your notification message.
    3. Select the notification type:
      1. Email notification: An email will be sent to the selected contacts.
      2. Notification: A notification will be triggered and displayed in your Workspace Notifications area.

    4. Click on Create Step.
