When someone visits your page, they can take specific actions, such as opting into one of your pages, buying a product, etc. Receiving notifications every time this happens is vital for following up with your customers.
In ClickFunnels 2.0, you can set email or account notifications from within your Workflows area.

Requirements
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
- An existing workflow
Add notifications from a workflow

Click Marketing from the left main menu, then click on Workflows.

Click on the workflow you want to add the notification.

Once in your Workflow builder, click on the + symbol.
Select the trigger in this workflow based on the action you want to receive the notification.

Click on Notify from the Internal actions.

Complete the following information.
- Select the team members you want to notify.
- Add your notification message.
- Select the notification type:
- Email notification: An email will be sent to the selected contacts.
- Notification: A notification will be triggered and displayed in your Workspace Notifications area.
- Click on Create Step.
