Workflow - How to Integrate with Slack

This article explains how to integrate your ClickFunnels 2.0 account with Slack. Setting up the integration is a great way to automatically post a Slack message with the customer’s first name and last name.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An existing Workflow
  • An existing Slack account

Access a Workflow

  1. Click Marketing from the left main menu, then click on Workflows.

  2. Click the “Workflow” you wish to integrate with Slack.

Set up the Integration

  1. Click the plus icon to open the right menu.
    Click plus icon

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the right menu, then select 3rd party integration.

  3. Locate, then select Slack from the list of 3rd party integration under “Available Flows.”
    Click on Slack App

  4. Select your connected Slack account, then click the next button to continue. Click this link for more information on how to connect a new Slack account to your ClickFunnels 2.0 account.

  5. Configure your Slack channel, then click the next button.

  6. Save your changes to confirm and activate the integration.

    Please toggle the integration status to “on” to “enable” the workflow.
