Workflows - How to Trigger Workflows Manually

This article will review how to trigger workflows manually. This feature helps you trigger or restart any existing Workflow for specific contacts.
This feature is available inside each contact’s profile marketing tab.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An existing Workflow
  • Existing Contacts

Access your Contact’s Marketing Tab

  1. On the left side menu, click on Customers.

  2. Then, click on Contacts.

  3. Click the Contact’s name.

  4. Click on the Marketing tab and then click the Add to Workflow link.

  5. Select the Workflow you want to trigger or restart for this contact and click on Perform Run Workflow Action.

Workflow Run Details

In the Workflow Runs area, you will see the existing Workflows added to that contact and their status.

Also, by clicking the name of the Workflow, you will see a new tab showing the Workflow details.
