Workflows can be shared to another workspace or duplicated in your account.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • A Workflow

Access your Workflow Settings

You can access your Workflow Settings by clicking the gear icon on the right side of the Workflow.

You can also access your Workflow’s Settings from the Workflow builder at the top right menu.

Name

Choose a name for your workflow. This name will be displayed throughout the rest of the platform. Pick a name that will help you identify this specific Workflow.

Run Type:

This setting determines how the Workflow should handle any individual contact entering the Workflow.

  • Multiple runs per contact (simultaneously): A contact can enter the Workflow multiple times, and each session will be applied simultaneously without waiting for the last one to finish.
  • Multiple runs per contact (back to back): A contact can enter the Workflow multiple times, and each session will wait for the previous session to finish before starting.
  • Only one run per contact: A contact can enter the Workflow only once.


Share your Workflow

Share your workflows with other ClickFunnels users or in a different workspace by generating a share link.

  1. Click on Generate a Workflow Share Link.

  2. The following information will be autogenerated, except for the Affiliate Code. Confirm or update this information:
    1. You can edit the name of the workflow.
    2. This is your affiliate code, and it is not editable.
    3. You can edit the Public Affiliate Name.
    4. Click on Generate a Workflow share link.
  3. After a moment, you’ll receive your share link, which is ready to be copied and shared.

Duplicate your Workflow

You can create a copy of your Workflow into your account.

  1. Click the Duplicate button inside the Workflow settings area.

    You can also click the Duplicate icon on the right side of the Workflow.

  2. After duplicating your workflow, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

  3. Once the workflow is duplicated, you will see it as the newest workflow on your dashboard.
