Workflows: How to Manage Workflow Steps

This article will provide instructions on creating, updating, deleting, and moving Workflow Steps using the Workflow Builder. Workflow Steps make up the structure and actions of the Workflow. The Workflow steps are run in order, one after the other, starting from the top.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 1. 0 account
  • A Workflow

Access a Workflow

  1. Click Marketing from the left main menu, then click on Workflows.

  2. Find the Workflow you would like to modify and click on it.
    Click on the workflow's name

Create a New Step

  1. Click on the + icon.
    Click the plus icon

  2. Click on the type of Workflow Step you wish to add.

  3. Configure the Step according to your needs.

Update a Step

  1. Click on a Step to access its settings. Otherwise, click on the three dots and select Step Settings.

  2. Configure the Step according to your needs.

  3. Click the Save or Update Step button as needed.

Delete a Step

  1. Hover over a Step and click on the red X icon.

  2. Click the Delete button to confirm.

Move a Step

  1. Hover over a Step to reveal the handle icon.

  2. Click and drag to move the Step around the page.
    Click and drag Step

  3. Place the Step over one of the empty squares. and release it. Place your Step
