MessageHub: How to Create a New Inbox

This article will review creating new Inboxes for your  MessageHub conversations.

You can separate and organize your conversations according to where the chat was opened. For example, people can reach out to you via your website, SMS, WhatsApp, etc., and you can create different inboxes for each.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • MessageHub
  • A 3rd party app to connect (optional, depending on the app you would like to integrate your inbox to)

Create a New Inbox

  1. Click on the gear icon to access Chat Settings, then click on Chat Inboxes.


  2. Click on Add Inbox.


  3. You will see these options:
