Requirements
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
- A published Course.
- A Contact, Product, or Workflow.
Product Purchase Actions
Using a Purchase Action on a Product will enroll a contact into a Course when they purchase it. This method allows you to associate a purchase with course access easily.
Open the settings for the product you want to use to enroll users when purchased.
Scroll down to the Purchase Actions section.
Click on the + icon next to Course Access.
Check the box next to each Course that you want purchases to enroll the user in.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
Workflow Enroll Step
Using the Enroll step in a Workflow allows you to enroll users whenever they meet the requirements for the Workflow trigger and any preceding Workflow steps. This method will enable you to create a more complex and customized enrollment process.
Open the Workflow builder for the Workflow you want to use to enroll users.
Add a new Workflow Step at the desired point in the Workflow.
Scroll down to the Other section and click on the Enroll step.
Check the box next to each Course you want to enroll the user in.
Click on the Create Step button.
Contact Profile
You can manually enroll a specific contact into a course through their Contact Profile. This method allows you to enroll a single contact into multiple courses easily.
Follow the steps in the “Accessing the Contact Profile” section of “Contact Profile Overview” to view the specific contact’s profile.
Click on the Enrollments tab.
Click on the Add Enrollment link text.
Check the box next to each Course you want to enroll the user in.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
Contact Actions and Bulk Actions
You can manually enroll contacts into courses directly from the Contacts menu. This method allows you to enroll a contact into a course without entering their Full Profile. This method also allows you to use Bulk Actions to enroll multiple contacts into courses simultaneously.
From the Contacts menu, check the box next to the contacts you wish to enroll.
Click on the Actions, or if you select multiple contacts, Bulk Actions, dropdown menu.
Select the Create Enrollment option.
Check the box next to each Course you want to enroll the user in.
Optionally, schedule the enrollment for a future date and time.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
