Courses - How to Unenroll a Contact From a Course

There are different ways to unenroll a contact from a course. In this article; we will discuss how to unenroll a contact from a Course through the Course’s Members tab.

Requirements

  • A ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An existing Course
  • An existing Module
  • The Courses App (Please visit our article Adding Apps to Your ClickFunnels Workspace for detailed information on how to add apps to your navigation menu.)

Accessing the Course Module

  1. Click Courses from the “APPS” navigation menu.

  2. Click the Title of the Course from which you wish to unenroll a contact.

Unenrolling Contacts

Unenrolling contacts from a module is a crucial tool for managing your course content effectively. This feature allows you to maintain course integrity by removing contacts who have completed or no longer require access to specific modules, ensuring a streamlined learning experience for current and future participants.

  1. Click Members to view the list of enrollees in the course.

  2. Click the Name of the contact to view the contact’s module access.

  3. Uncheck the checkboxes next to the modules from which the contact should be unenrolled.

  4. Click the Update Enrollment button to save the changes. A success banner will show at the top right corner of the page confirming your changes.

    Unenrolling a contact from a module means removing that contact’s access to all the lessons and modules in that course.
