This article will review the Chat Agents area inside of the Chat Settings.
You can use two roles to add people to manage your chat: Agent and Administrator.
The process of adding them is the same; the difference will be in the role assigned.
Requirements:
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
- CF Chat

Add a Chat Agent:
- You can add an Agent by clicking on Add Agent:
- Complete the following information:
- Add the Name of the Agent.
- Select a role:
Agents with this role can only access inboxes, reports, and conversations. They can assign conversations to other agents or themselves and resolve conversations.
Administrator will have access to all CF Chat features enabled for your account, including settings and the regular agents' privileges. - Add the email address for this agent.
- Click on Add Agent.
