MessageHub: Chat Settings

This article will review the options available in the MessageHub Settings. You can create predetermined macros, canned responses, and teams, among other possibilities.

 Optimizing and personalizing your Chat is essential to enhance your customers' experience. 

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • MessageHub

Chat Settings:

Here, you can change your chat General Settings.

  1. You can edit your Account Name.
  2. Set the language of your choice here.
  3.  Set the number of days that should pass before a chat automatically closes.
  4. This is your Account ID. This number is not editable.
  5. Click on Update Settings to save any changes.

Chat Agents:

In this section, you can add and manage your Agents and their roles.

Chat Teams:

You can create different teams and add other agents to them.

You can have unlimited inboxes in your MessageHub account.
