MessageHub: Integrations

This article will review the Integrations area inside of the Chat Settings.

These integrations allow you to transfer information in real-time about your customers, their orders, or any other important event you want to share between MessageHub and an external integration.

Requirements:

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• A 3rd party Integration

Important Note: Before you get started with MessageHub, you'll need to:

• Configure your Marketing Settings
• Buy or Configure a Custom Domain
• Add an Email Address on a Custom Domain and Set up DKIM

1. Click on the gear icon to open Chat Settings, then Chat Integrations.
   
2. Click the Configure button on the right side of the integration you want to add. Example:

   1. Webhooks events provide real-time information about what's happening in your account.
