MessageHub: Chat Teams

This article will review the Chat Teams area inside of the Chat Settings.

You can create different Teams in your Chat account according to different schedules, languages, or any other way you want to organize your agents.

Requirements:

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• CF Chat

Add a Chat Team:

Teams let you organize your agents into groups based on their responsibilities.

An agent can be part of multiple teams. You can assign conversations to a team when you are working collaboratively.

1. To add a new team, click on Create new team.
   
2. Add a name and a description for your team, and click on Create Team.
   
   
   
3. Select the agents that will be part of the team and click on Add Agents.
   
   
   
4. Click on Finish.
   
   
   
5. Your existing teams will show in the Dashboard:
