This article will explain the Cancellation Funnel feature. If one of your products has a subscription price, you can set a Cancellation Funnel from the product settings. The Cancellation Funnel lets you link a funnel or landing page to send subscribers through the funnel steps when they try canceling a subscription from the “Customer Center”.
The Cancellation Funnel feature will only be available for Subscription Products.
