Customer Dashboard: How to Manage Subscription Orders

Learn how to handle subscription orders using the Customer Dashboard in ClickFunnels 2.0. If you’re subscribed to services or products, it’s important to know how to view and update your orders. This article will help you adjust your subscriptions easily, ensuring you always have access to what you need as your preferences change.

This article is created specifically for users of the Customer Center feature of the workspace and does not apply to settings for our customers’ personal ClickFunnels accounts.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • A working Customer Center
  • Subscription to a Product or Service

How to Access The Subscription Tab in The Customer Dashboard

  1. Click the Sites option from the main menu, located at the left of your page.

  2. From the Site menu, select the Customer Center option.

  3. Click on the link found under the Customer Center to enter your Customer Center backend.

  4. The Customer Center will open in a new tab.

  5. Click on the profile picture at the top right corner of the screen, then select My Account from the dropdown menu.

  6. You’ll be directed to the Customer Dashboard.

  7. Click on the Subscriptions tab.

How to View Subscription Orders

  1. Click the three dots located at the far left of your subscription product and then choose View from the dropdown menu.

  2. This will take you to a page where you can see a detailed view of your order, upcoming invoices, and invoices you’ve already paid. A screenshot showing a page with detailed views of an order, upcoming invoices, and paid invoices.

How to Edit Subscription Orders

  1. Click the three dots located at the far left of your subscription product and then choose Edit from the dropdown menu.

  2. Choose the plan that best matches your needs.

  3. Click the Confirm button to proceed with the plan change. A screenshot showing the plan confirmation prompt.

How to Cancel Subscription Orders

  1. Click the three dots located at the far left of your subscription product and then choose Cancel from the dropdown menu.

  2. A confirmation popup will appear prompting you to provide the Reason for cancelation and Cancellation description.

  3. Click Submit to cancel the subscription.
