Requirements
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
- A working Customer Center
- Subscription to a Product or Service
How to Access The Subscription Tab in The Customer Dashboard
Click the Sites option from the main menu, located at the left of your page.
From the Site menu, select the Customer Center option.
Click on the link found under the Customer Center to enter your Customer Center backend.
The Customer Center will open in a new tab.
Click on the profile picture at the top right corner of the screen, then select My Account from the dropdown menu.
You’ll be directed to the Customer Dashboard.
Click on the Subscriptions tab.
How to View Subscription Orders
Click the three dots located at the far left of your subscription product and then choose View from the dropdown menu.
This will take you to a page where you can see a detailed view of your order, upcoming invoices, and invoices you’ve already paid.
How to Edit Subscription Orders
Click the three dots located at the far left of your subscription product and then choose Edit from the dropdown menu.
Choose the plan that best matches your needs.
Click the Confirm button to proceed with the plan change.
How to Cancel Subscription Orders
Click the three dots located at the far left of your subscription product and then choose Cancel from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation popup will appear prompting you to provide the Reason for cancelation and Cancellation description.
Click Submit to cancel the subscription.
