Orders Page Overview

This article will explore the Orders menu, which allows you to access all orders generated through the store, funnels, and manually created. The orders page displays both one-time and recurring orders, offering functionalities to search, filter, and sort orders based on specific criteria.

Additionally, the order table provides comprehensive details, including order number, customer email address, product name, order status, fulfillment status, billing status, and total order amount. This allows you to easily track and manage orders in one place.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • Payments.AI must be connected
  • At least one product must be created

Getting Access To the Orders Menu

  1. To manage orders, click on the Orders menu.

Orders Dashboard Overview

  • The Insight toggle switch, located in the upper-right corner of the orders page, enables or disables the orders analytics preview.

  • To create a manual order, click on the Create Order button.

  • The order Insight chart aids in previewing orders within the workspace.
    Orders Analytics

    1. Insight data for: Modify the date range of the insight data.
    2. Compared to: Modify the date range to compare the total value and number of orders.
    3. Total Value: Shows the total order amount within the specified date range.
    4. Number of Orders: Indicates the total count of orders within the designated date range.
    5. Visual Chart: Presents a graphical representation of total order values or numbers across the specified date range.
    6. Breakdown by Funnel Purchased From: The dropdown menu enables viewing Insight results categorized by “Funnel Purchased From” and “Products Ordered”.
    7. Total: Displays a graph depicting either the total order value or the total order numbers within the specified date range.
    8. Per: The graph timeline can be segmented into daily, weekly, and monthly breakdowns.
  • The All tab will show all the existing orders.

  • The One time tab will show one-time orders only.

  • The Recurring tab will show recurring orders only.

  • Search Orders can be used to search orders by name, email address, product name, and order number.

  • Sort By allows you to sort orders based on billing status, total amount, order number, next charge date, current period, date ordered, and date updated.

  • +Filter option allows you to apply the desired filter to retrieve orders on certain criteria.

  • Save Filter button allows you to save filters for future use.

  • Orders Table displays all the orders that match the desired filter. Each column has its own unique identity of order.

    1. Order Number: Indicates the unique identification number assigned to the order.
    2. Customer Email: Displays the buyer’s email address.
    3. Product: Exhibits the name of the product that was purchased.
    4. Order Status: Exhibits the current status of the order.
    5. Fulfillment Status: Indicates whether the order has been fulfilled using the connected shipping method.
    6. Tags: Displays any associated tags linked to the contact.
    7. Date Ordered: Reflects the date when the order was placed.
    8. Billing Status: Specifies the current billing status of the order.
    9. Total Collected: Displays the total order amount, including the shipping, discounts, and taxes.
  • Pagination Control By default, ClickFunnels exhibits the 20 most recent orders on the initial page. To access more orders, utilize the arrow icons for forward or backward navigation or select specific page numbers.
