Getting Started: Knowing your ClickFunnels 2.0 Account: Workspace Settings

Let’s talk about the Worskpace as if it were the store for your business. Each Workspace has its own Site, Funnels, domains, etc. According to your subscription plan, you can have more than one Workspace, so if you have more than one business, you can keep the information categorized according to each. 

In the Workspace General Settings, you can edit the name, add a logo, add your payment gateways, set up your Team Settings, etc.

Requirements: 

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account

Workspace General Settings

1. To reach and edit your Workspace Settings, click on the gear icon at the bottom left corner of your screen. 
   

2. In the Workspace General Settings, you will find:
   

   1. Workspace Name. Give your Workspace a name. For example, it can be your name or the name of your business.

   2. Add a logo or image related to your business.

   3. This is your Site subdomain. You can access your Site using this URL.

   4. You will find your Payment Gateway information once it is set up.

   5. The Prefix and Suffix help you track the sales made in specific workspaces. For example, if you set “A” as a prefix, your orders will show as “A001, A002”, etc.

   6. Click here to access your Team Settings.
