In this article, we'll guide you through temporarily pausing your ClickFunnels 2.0 account using the Pause Plan feature. This option is perfect when you anticipate a temporary break from using your account but intend to resume its use in the future.
Requirements:
An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account

Accessing the Billing Page:
Select Settings at the bottom left of the main menu.
Select Billing from the left-hand sub-menu.
Retrieve Your Subscription Order Number:
Locate the subscription (account) that you want to put on hold (pause) under Subscription Orders.
Click the three-dotted icon across the subscription to open the drop-down menu.
Select View from the drop-down menu.
Take note of the subscription (account) order number.
Important Note: The subscription order number varies from one subscription to the other.
Pause Your Subscription:
Click the back icon to return to the previous page.
Click the three-dotted icon to open the drop-down menu.
Select Cancel from the drop-down menu.
The app takes you to a new page that presents four options. Select Planning To Come Back to continue to pause the subscription (account).
Click the Yes, I Want To Pause My Account button.
Locate the order number of the subscription (account) you wish to put on hold, then click the Pause My Account Now button.
The app presents a success page that confirms you have placed your subscription (account) on hold (pause).
