[Archived] Courses Overview

In this article, we will cover an Overveiw of Courses located in Site and Funnels.Below is a video to help you get started!



Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  1. An active ClickFunnels account.

How can you present a series of lessons using ClickFunnels?  Using the Course section of your account, you can build a course further divided into modules and lessons.  This course will let you present your lessons in an ordered and organized fashion.  You can sell access to this course or use it to show how your product or service can solve your audience’s problems.

 

The Courses Section Layout

Accessing the Courses Section

  1. Click on the Site And Funnels button on the left-hand side of your screen.

  2. Click on the Courses button in the sub-menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

The Courses Section Dashboard

The Courses dashboard displays your existing courses, shows extra information about each course, and lets you make new courses.

    1. Clicking on the black Add New Course button will create a new course.
    2. The course filter has options for filtering the displayed courses.  The filters are as follows;
  • All: This displays all courses created in your account.
  • Published:  This displays all courses that have been published and can be accessed by members.
  • Coming Soon:  This displays all courses set to Coming Soon, which lets members know what courses will soon be released.
  • Draft:  This displays all courses that are still in draft mode.  Courses in draft mode are not visible to the public.
  1. This search bar allows you to search for courses by name.
  2. This is an example of a created course.  The course listing shows the course title, average completion by members, number of members, and status.  Click on the title of the course to view the current course settings.

The Course Overview Layout

The course overview shows the modules and lessons you have made.  In the Course Overview, you can view existing modules and lessons and create new modules and lessons.  You can also customize the layout for your course, change the templates you are using, and choose your team.

  1. This is the course title.  To the right of the title, from left to right, are buttons to view the course, share it with another account, and copy it.
  2. This is the course status.  In the example above, the course is Published.  You can select a different status by clicking on this drop-down menu.
  3. Clicking on the Customize button lets you change the layout of the Course Homepage.
  4. Clicking on the Gear icon lets you change the settings for your course.  These settings include the course name, URL, description, and themes.
  5. This area displays the current Theme for your course.  Clicking on Change Theme will bring you to the Settings page that the Gear icon links to.
  6. This section shows the members of your team.  Clicking on the Add New Collaborator button will let you add new members to your team.
  7. Clicking on Expand All will show all lessons in every module.
  8. Clicking on Add Module will create a new module.  You can then edit that module to include your lesson content.
  9. This is a module listing.  It shows the module title and status, allowing you to adjust its settings.  Clicking on the module title will display all lessons in the module.

You can also view the Course Enrollments from this page.

  1. Clicking on this button will bring you to the Enrollments listing.
  2. This search bar allows you to search for enrolled members.
  3. This is an example of a contact who signed up as a member for this course.  It shows the contact's email, the percentage of material in the course they have completed, and the date they joined.
