This article will discuss importing contacts into ClickFunnels 2.0 from a CSV file. Doing so allows you to add contacts in bulk and import from external software and services supporting the CSV file format. Your contacts must be over 18 and must have given permission to receive marketing communication.

Requirements
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
- A contact list in a properly formatted CSV file
Step by Step Walk Through

Click Customers from the left-hand main menu.

Click on Contacts.

Click on Actions then click on Import.

Click on Import Contacts then click on CSV Import.

Optionally, download the example CSV file to ensure that your CSV file is formatted correctly.

Click on the Upload File button.

Select the properly formatted CSV file you wish to import.

If you’ve imported contacts previously, you can choose to use the same field mapping as before.

Click on the Continue button.

Adjust the Field Mappings as needed to ensure each field is imported into the appropriate field in ClickFunnels. The following fields are available in ClickFunnels 2.0:
- Avatar Image
- Community Bio
- Date Added
- Default Address
- Email Address
- Facebook URL
- First Name
- Instagram URL
- Is Community Flagged?
- LTV
- Last Activity
- Last Name
- Limit Chat
- Tags
- Time Zone
- Twitter URL
- UUID
- Unsubscribed
- Website URL

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Continue button.

Double-check the import preview to ensure that each field is mapped correctly.

Scroll down and check the box next to I confirm that each contact is over 18 and has given permission to receive marketing communications.

If you wish to overwrite the contact information for existing contacts with the same email address, check the box next to Overwrite existing contacts with matching email.

When ready to start the import, click the Perform Import Action button.

You will be taken to the Import Action Details, which summarizes the import action. It includes details such as:
- Progress
- Imported Contacts
- Failed Contacts
- Access to download the CSV file
- The import start time
- The import completed time
- Field mappings used
- Created By
- Approved By
