This article will review the Chat Contacts area inside of MessageHub.
Once a customer opens a chat conversation, their contact will be saved in the Chat Contacts area. The Chat Contacts area will show all the information available about each of your contacts.
Requirements:
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
- MessageHub with at least one Chat Contact

Chat Contacts Dashboard:
- Your contacts will be displayed in this area.
- You can search for specific contacts in the search bar.
- You can search for contacts by using the filter.
- You can manually add new contacts.
- You can import contacts by uploading them on a CSV file.
- You can download your existing contacts.
