MessageHub: Chat Contacts

This article will review the Chat Contacts area inside of MessageHub.

Once a customer opens a chat conversation, their contact will be saved in the Chat Contacts area. The Chat Contacts area will show all the information available about each of your contacts.


  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • MessageHub with at least one Chat Contact


Chat Contacts Dashboard:


  1. Your contacts will be displayed in this area. 
  2. You can search for specific contacts in the search bar.
  3. You can search for contacts by using the filter.
  4. You can manually add new contacts.
  5. You can import contacts by uploading them on a CSV file.
  6. You can download your existing contacts.
