[Archived] - Courses - How to Change a Course Availability Date

In this article, we will cover how to change a Course’s Availability Date. This will change the status of the course in the Courses Dashboard and show when the Course will be viewable by customers.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An existing courses
  • The Courses App (Please visit our article Adding Apps to Your ClickFunnels Workspace for detailed information on how to add apps to your navigation menu.)

Accessing the Course

  1. Click Courses under “APPS” from the navigation menu. Please visit our article Adding Apps to Your ClickFunnels Workspace for detailed information on how to add apps to your navigation menu.

  2. Click the Title of the course.

Setting the Availability Date

The availability date is a helpful feature enabling users to designate the specific date when a course becomes accessible to customers or learners, ensuring timely access to course content.

  1. Click Draft button at the top of the screen, then select Publish from the drop-down.

  2. Click the input field under Available at to display the “calendar” and “time” on the modal.

  3. Select your preferred Date and Time, then click Apply.

  4. Optionally select Yes or No under “Include draft, publishing, and…” if you want to publish modules and lessons that are still in “Draft” status.

  5. Click the Update Course button to save the changes or the Discard Changes button to cancel any changes.

  6. The modal closes, then the course status changes from “Draft” to “Publishing.”
