Courses - Courses Dashboard Overview

The course dashboard is your all-in-one hub for quickly creating and managing courses. This feature empowers you to craft engaging courses, organize content into modules and lessons, and present them seamlessly on a membership-style page, providing a user-friendly experience for learners while offering you comprehensive control and customization options.

Requirements

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• The Courses App (Please visit our article Adding Apps to Your ClickFunnels Workspace for detailed information on how to add apps to your navigation menu.)

Navigation Menu

The navigation menu helps you locate a course. The menus in this section are particularly helpful, especially when you have multiple courses in your workspace.

• Create Course Button: Allows you to create a new course.
• Navigation Menu:
  • All: Displays all your created courses.
  • Published: Display only your published courses.
  • Draft: Display only your courses that are in Draft status.
  • LearningHub: Display courses that are in your LearningHub.
• Search Courses Bar: Lets you search for a course via keywords or course title.
• Sort by Drop-down: Lets you modify the arrangement of your courses in the course index.
• Filter Button: Lets you create filters when searching for a course.

Course Index

The course index is the section where your courses are shown. Use the information in this section to help you locate a course, identify the course completion average and number of members, or edit the course settings.

• Course Image: Opens the course preview on a new tab.
• Course Title: Opens the course and displays the module and lesson outline.
• Completion Average: Calculates and displays the course’s completion rate by analyzing the percentage of students who have finished the course.
• Members: Displays the total number of enrolled members in the course.
• Status: This option lets you change the course status from Draft to Published.
• Modify Columns Icon: This option lets you customize the displayed information in the course index.
• Open in New Tab Icon: This lets you open the course preview on a new tab.

• Duplicate Course Icon: This option lets you duplicate the course.

  All course content (e.g., modules, lessons, and media) will be cloned. The clone will have “copy” in the title to help you identify it from the original version and will be marked as a Draft.

• Edit Layout Icon: This lets you open the course editor where the course layout, module and lesson template, and module and lesson content can be customized.
