Access Course Settings

To access the Course Settings, follow the steps outlined in the “Edit a Course” section of the How to Manage Courses.

Edit Course Details

Title

Enter a captivating name for your course. This name will be prominently displayed wherever the course title is referenced, whether it’s on pages or in emails.

Description

Craft a compelling and informative description for your course. Like the title, this description will appear wherever the course description is mentioned, such as on pages or in emails.

Published/Draft

Manage your course’s status to fit your needs. When in “Draft” mode, your course will be protected while you refine and enhance it. Once you switch to “Published,” your valuable content will be accessible to registered users.

Course Path URL

Specify the URL component after the domain to guide users seamlessly to your course.

Theme

Select a theme that resonates with your course’s essence. The theme determines the default template pages that will beautifully shape your course content.

Thumbnail Image

Upload a visually appealing image, preferably in landscape or square format. This image will shine when users are choosing from various courses on a page.

LearningHub

Show In LearningHub?

Enable this option to proudly showcase your course within the LearningHub, boosting its visibility.

Show To Non-Members

Empower potential learners by enabling this option, making your course visible to Members who have not yet enrolled. Optionally, provide an upgrade URL to redirect someone who doesn’t have access.

Enable Lesson Comments?

If you select yes, comments will be enabled for all lessons on this course in the LearningHub.

Redirect To Full Course

Create a seamless journey for your visitors. By enabling this option, those visiting the LearningHub will be directed straight to the comprehensive Full Course view.

Advanced Settings

Style

Craft an exceptional look for your course by selecting the style that defines its color palette and font choices.

Course Home Templates

Opt to set a specific page as the Course Home template, tailored to your vision rather than relying on the default theme template.

Module Lessons Templates

Choose a distinct page to serve as the Module template. This allows you to infuse your unique touch into the design.

Lesson Page Templates

For a personalized touch, select a page to serve as the Lesson template. This lets you create a consistent style for your lesson content.

Generate a Course Share Link

Click the button to generate your Course share link. It will take a moment for the system to prepare your Course share link.

Unauthorized Redirect

Click this button to create your Course share link. The system will take a moment to prepare it. This link will serve as the designated URL for those trying to access the course without the necessary permissions.
