Question: How can I sign-up or get Marketing AI (Napoleon)?

• Answer: This feature will only be available to ClickFunnels 2.0 users who purchased FHL 2023 tickets during the Marketing AI beta phase. Please click this link to sign-up for FHL 2023.

Question: Will there be an additional cost for keeping Marketing AI (Napoleon) on my account following FHL 2023?

• Answer: There are currently no plans to have an additional charge to keep Marketing AI (Napoleon), although we may limit the total number of words each month depending on beta usage.

Question: What AI is Marketing AI (Napoleon) using?

• Answer: It currently uses OpenAI’s GPT 3.5 and will start using GPT 4 soon.

Question: What areas of the platform can it be used on? (Page Editor, Email Editor, etc.).

• Answer: It is currently available on the Page Editor, and some input fields found in other areas of the platform, such as Product Settings and Blog Settings. Our dev team is currently working on enabling it on the Email Editor.

Question: Who owns the rights to the generated images and/or copy?

• Answer: Please review section three of OpenAI’s terms of use regarding “Content” to learn more about rights over generated images or copy.

Question: Can I use the generated images and/or copy outside ClickFunnels 2.0?

• Answer: Please review section three of OpenAI’s terms of use regarding “Content” to learn the use of generated images or copy outside of ClickFunnels 2.0.

Question: Is there a limit to how much content I can generate using Marketing AI?

• Answer: There is none at the moment.

Question: Is the AI storing my personal information and questions?

• Answer: Marketing AI (Napoleon) values the questions and data you provide as they are used to improve the AI's capabilities. We assure you that we solely use the information you share for this purpose and do not share it with any systems other than OpenAI.

Question: Where is it pulling information from?

• Answer: Marketing AI takes information from OpenAI’s GPT API.

Question: How can I clear the AI cache and storage of my session information?

• Answer: Click the reset icon    found at the top-right corner.

Question: Which parts of the 2.0 app can the AI access?

• Answer: At present, its accessibility is restricted to the majority of the page builder and form fields.

Question: What can the AI access on my computer?

• Answer: Rest assured that no data is being accessed from your computer.
