MessageHub: Chat Campaigns

This article will review the Chat Campaigns area inside MessageHub. 

Chat Campaigns are messages you can send to multiple people simultaneously. 

Ongoing campaigns will be sent to your existing customers via live chat to create new conversations. This will happen after they spend “X” amount of time on your website.

One off campaigns are SMS messages sent to the contacts in your SMS inboxes. This campaign requires to have an SMS inbox.

Requirements:

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• An SMS inbox for One off Campaigns

Ongoing Campaigns

You can create an Ongoing Campaign to send messages if a user visits a page and stays for a certain number of seconds.

1. To create a new one, click on Create an Ongoing Campaign.
2. Complete this information:
   
   1. Add a Title for your Campaign.
   2. Add the message you want to send.
   3. Select an inbox.
   4. A bot or a specific Agent can send the message.
   5. Add the URL of your website (make sure to include https://).
   6. Select the amount of seconds people need to spend on your page to trigger the message.
   7. Check the box if you want to enable your campaign or trigger it during business hours.
   8. Click on Create.

One Off Campaigns

One Off Campaigns are messages that will be sent via SMS to a specific SMS Inbox.

1. To create a new one, click on Create a One Off Campaign.
   
2. Complete this information:
   
   1. Add a Title for your Campaign.
   2. Add the message you want to send.
   3. Select an SMS inbox.
   4. Messages will be sent to contacts with those labels.
   5. Select a future date and time for that message to be sent.
   6. Click on Create.
