SendGrid Integrations

An SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a communication tool used for sending and receiving email messages over the Internet.
SendGrid is one of the most popular SMTPs, and now it is available to integrate with your ClickFunnels 2.0 account to help you with your email deliverability.

Requirements


Get your API from SendGrid

  1. From your SendGrid account, navigate to Settings on the left menu and then select API Keys.

  2. Click Create API Key.

  3. Give your API key a name.
  4. Select Full Access.
  5. Click Create & View.

  6. Copy your API key. We will use it in the following steps.

Access Your SMTP Settings

  1. Click on Marketing, then Marketing Settings.

  2. Click on the SMTP Settings tab.

  3. Click on Add SMTP Setting.

Add SendGrid Information

Enter the following information:

  1. Add a Nickname for your Integration. This is for internal use only.
  2. Select the domain used for the From Email Address.
  3. SendGrid will be selected by default.
  4. For the Port number, add 587
  5. Add apikey as the Username (No capital letters, no spaces)
  6. As a Password, paste the API key from SendGrid.
  7. Click on Add SMTP Setting.

Adding Webhook to Process Events

  1. You have the option to add a ClickFunnels webhook to track the performance of your emails.

  2. Wait until the process is complete. Once it’s verified, you will see a green checkmark next to your SMTP integration.
