Overview of Sites

This article is about ClickFunnels’ Site Overview dashboard, which displays critical sections such as Recent Blog Posts, Site Pages, Current Theme, Quick Links, and more. The dashboard offers a centralized view of essential website components, which helps users efficiently manage, monitor, and navigate their workspace. The Site Overview page provides access to settings that affect your entire site and all of your pages. It provides quick access to the most commonly used features, such as themes, style guides, and the ClickFunnels Page Editor.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels account

Accessing the Overview

Click on Site on the left-hand menu, then select Overview from the drop-down.

Top Navigation Menu Section

The top navigation menu is located at the top of the page, where the workspace Title, Status, URL, Additional Settings, and Editor are controlled.

  1. Breadcrumbs: Helps you to easily return to the overview page from other site pages (e.g., Site Pages, Blog, or Customer Center).
  2. Site Title: The name of the workspace. This can be edited in the Site Settings.
  3. Status: Status tells you whether your workspace is Public or Coming Soon.
  4. Site URL: The URL for your site’s homepage. This is the link you would share to direct visitors to your site.
  5. Copy: Copies the URL to your clipboard. Your workspace will open your site on a new tab after copying the URL.
  6. Ellipsis Menu: This three-dot menu provides shortcuts to additional settings relating to the site and blog.
    1. Preview: This lets you preview your site on a new tab.
    2. Site settings: Opens the Site Settings. Please visit our article Site Settings for more information about site settings.
    3. Blog Settings: This opens the Blog Settings. Please visit our article Blog Settings for more information about blog settings.
  7. Edit Site: This button will open up the ClickFunnels Page Editor, allowing you to customize your current theme pages, site pages, and style guide.

Recent Posts Section

The Recent Posts Section contains the blog posts that were recently created or edited. This section is a convenient way to jump to blog posts without navigating to the blog page.

  1. Title: This is the blog post’s title.
  2. Pencil Icon: This lets you edit the blog post.
  3. Gear Icon: This lets you access the post settings..
  4. All Posts: The all posts link helps you to quickly navigate to your blog page.
  5. New Post Button: The new post button helps you create a new blog post from the overview page. This is a convenient way to create a post without navigating to the blog page.

Site Pages Section

The Site Pages, similar to the recent posts section, contain site pages that were recently created or edited. Quickly edit the content or adjust the settings of your site pages in this section.

  1. Title: This is the title of the site page. You can open the preview of the site page by clicking this title.
  2. Pencil Icon: The pencil icon lets you customize the content of the site page.
  3. Gear Icon: The gear icon lets you customize the settings of the site page.
  4. All Site Pages: This quickly takes you to the page where all your site pages are displayed.
  5. New Page Button: Create a new site page with this button.

Current Theme Section

This section displays the theme currently being used by your workspace. Click the Change link to open the Site Settings, then customize the theme according to your preferences. Visit our article Customizing a Theme for more information about customizing your themes.

The Quick Links section contains shortcuts to conveniently go to other parts of your workspace, like creating a new blog post, a new page, going to your workspace customer center, or adding a domain.

  1. New Blog Post: This takes you to the new post page where you can create a new blog post.
  2. New Page: This opens a modal where you can create a new page by customizing any of the existing pages or creating a new page from scratch.
  3. Customer Center: This takes you to the customer center page of your workspace. This page is where you can customize your workspace customer center according to your preferences and select what information is available to your customers.
  4. Add a Domain: This quick link is a great way to add a new domain to your workspace. This takes you to the add domain page, where you can Connect existing domain or Buy Domain.
