[Archived] How to Contact Support

Our help center is one of the greatest sources of information on anything about your ClickFunnels account. Please contact our support team if you encounter a question that our help center articles need help answering. This article will discuss how to get our awesome Support team.

 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • A ClickFunnels account.

Step 1: How to Contact Chat Support

  1. Click the Help button at the top right corner of the page.


  2. The Resource Center tab will show in the bottom right corner.

  3. Select your preferred option:
    1. Click the envelope icon to reach out via email to support@clickfunnels.com. Click the email address link to use your computer's default email or use your preferred email host.
    2. Click the chat icon to reach out via Live Chat support.

 

Important Notes:

  • Email support is available 24/7. We usually reply to emails within 1-2 hours during business hours.
  • Live Chat Support is available from 3am - 8PM EST Monday to Friday. It is disabled during the weekend.
