1. What is YFFC?

The Your First Funnel Challenge (YFFC) is a 5-day online intensive where you can walk with real-world entrepreneurs to launch your first (or next) business idea.

 

2. How much is it to join the challenge?

The challenge is FREE for anyone to join! www.yourfirstfunnelchallenge.com

4. How do I sign up for VIP if I already signed up for the challenge?

5. How do I access the challenge for the five days?

The sessions for each day will be streamed on the Webby APP. Please download the APP from the email you have received or here https://webby.app/software

 

 

Download Webby APP, which you must DO to watch the challenge.

 

 

The daily emails are sent 2 hours before the event and will contain a link to the challenge in the calendar reminder you can click to join the challenge.

 

 

6. Where can I find the replays to the 12pm EST training?

Each day you will receive an email with a link to the replays at 3pmEST.

 

7. I’m VIP; how do I access Russell’s Q&A interviews after the main 12pm EST training?

This session will start immediately after the training. To be able to access, you will be emailed the link to access this session - ONLY if you signed up for VIP.

 

8. How do I join the VIP consultation coaching sessions (10am & 3pm EST)?

You will receive an email invitation with the Zoom link about 3 hours before the start time.

 

9. When will I receive my VIP bonus box?

Domestic shipping can take up to 2 weeks. International shipping can take up to 6 (because of COVID). To get your tracking number, please email support at support@clickfunnels.com.

 

10. Where can I find my bonuses for upgrading to VIP?

Any bonus material will be added to your customer center at the end of the challenge. Here is the link to your customer center:  https://funnels.myclickfunnels.com/customer-center

 

11. Where can I watch the general and VIP session replays if I’m VIP?

Each day you will receive an email with a link to all the 12pm EST training replays at 3pm EST. The VIP session replays will be included in your first-morning email.

Please note - there are no implementation calls Monday morning - only a 3pm EST call.

 

12. How do I access the replays if I am VIP after the challenge?

13. I am still awaiting my email with Call links to the challenge.

Please first check your spam. Sometimes, the emails will fall into the spam folder. If, after checking your spam, you need help locating the email, please email support at support@clickfunnels.com.

 

14. How can I cancel my ClickFunnels trial?

Please feel free to  head here to cancel your account. If you need a refund, please reach out to our Customer Service team through the following email: cf2support@clickfunnels.com
