[Archived] Workflows - Trigger Settings

Trigger tab

A Trigger is the event that will start a workflow for your contact. You can set different triggers based on different areas of the platform. For example, if they buy a certain product, conclude a module of a course, opt-in to one of your pages, etc.
Trigger Settings include Event Types and the options presented for each one. Some options can be omitted to indicate that you don’t want to impose a limit based on that specific parameter; Instead, every possible selection for that option will qualify.
