Shipping: How to Manage Packages

This article will cover adding, editing, and deleting Shipping Packages. Packages are pre-selected boxes or envelopes that your Physical Products can be shipped in. Packages are needed to calculate live shipping rates during checkout and create shipping labels when fulfilling Physical Products.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An active Shippo account connected to the Workspace

Accessing the Packages Menu:

  1. Click “Settings” from the left navigation menu.


  2. Click “Shipping” from the sub-menu.


  3. Click the “Packages” tab.

Add a New Package:

  1. Click “Create Package”.


  2. Choose to configure a “Custom Package” or select from pre-configured “Carrier Packages.”
    • Custom Package: Configure the Package Settings to meet your needs.
      Example:


    • Carrier Packages: Select a carrier to expand their options, then select a pre-configured package.
      Example:


  3. Optionally, check the box to use this new Package as the default when calculating live shipping rates during checkout.


  4. Click the “Create Package” button.

Edit a Package:

  1. Click the gear icon next to the Package you wish to edit.
    Example:


  2. Configure thePackage Settings to meet your needs.

Delete a Package:

  1. Click the trash can icon next to the Package you wish to delete.
    Example:


  2. Click the “Proceed” button to confirm and delete the Package.
