Shipping: Shipping Overview

This article will go over the Shipping feature inside ClickFunnels. With ClickFunnels, you can now manage shipping for your customers by connecting it with the Shippo app.

A shipping feature with your account is essential, as it directly impacts the overall customer experience, operational efficiency, and business success.

Requirements:

An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
An active Shippo account connected to the Workspace

Shipping Information:

You can manage Shipping with ClickFunnels through our integration with Shippo.

Shippo is an e-commerce shipping platform that partners with global carriers, and it’s an excellent option for both big and small businesses.

To access Shipping, click under Settings from the left menu and select Shipping from the Settings sub-menu.

Profiles:

You can set different Shipping Profiles based on different customers and products.

Shipping Profiles are associated with specific Products, “From” Locations, “To” Locations (Zones), and Rates. Set up shipping zones to create rates for places you want to ship to. The Rates can have conditions based on Order Weight or Price.

Integrations:

Integrations allow you to integrate with 3rd-party shipping apps. Currently, we only integrate with Shippo as our e-commerce shipping app.

Live Rates:

Live Rates lets you set a broad range of carrier services and rates. You must create at least one Shipping Option for Live Rates calculation and selection during checkout.

Important Note: Requires a Location with a real address.

Packages:

Packages allow you to set predefined Package Types using custom or standard package dimensions from the most recognized carriers. During checkout, you must create at least one Package for Live Rates calculation and the “Create Shipping Label” Fulfillment option for Physical Products.
