Shipping: How to Manage Shipping Options

This article will go over how to add, edit, and delete Shipping Options that can appear during checkout and be used to calculate Live Rates. Only the most affordable rate will be shown at checkout. Be sure to choose domestic and international services if you need to calculate rates in domestic and international shipping zones. You can select options from multiple shipping services at the same time.

Requirements:

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• An active Shippo account connected to the Workspace
• A Package created

Accessing the Live Rates Menu:

1. Click “Settings” from the left navigation menu.
   
   
   
2. Click “Shipping” from the sub-menu.
   
   
   
3. Click the “Live Rates” tab.

Add a New Shipping Option:

1. Click “Create Shipping Option”.
   
   
   
2. Configure the Shipping Option Settings for this specific Shipping Option.

Edit a Shipping Option:

1. Locate the Shipping Option you wish to edit and click the gear icon to the right.

2. Reconfigure the Shipping Option Settings for the Shipping Option.

Delete a Shipping Option:

1. Locate the Shipping Option you wish to delete and click the gear icon to the right.

2. Click the “Delete” button in the bottom-left corner.

3. Click the “Proceed” button to confirm and delete the Shipping Option.
