This article will show how to choose a type of currency for a particular Workspace.
Important Note: You must first select the currency you want in Payments.AI before selecting it in your Workspace. If you have any questions or need support with this process, please contact Payments.ai support at support@payments.ai or visit their help center here.
Important Note: Each Workspace can be assigned a specific currency. Once a live payment is processed, the currency cannot be changed in the Workspace. A new workspace would need to be created for a new currency.
Steps on how to select a currency for a Workspace:
While on the Dashboard of your Workspace, click the Settings Tab
Make sure you are in the General section, and then scroll down to the PaymentsSettings area and select the currency in the dropdown menu.
Then click Update Workspace button in the top right corner.
Congratulations! You now know how to select a type of currency for a Workspace!
