Audit Logs: Track Activities in Your ClickFunnels Workspace

Audit Logs provide a detailed record of changes made within your ClickFunnels workspace. This feature helps account owners monitor activity, identify changes, and maintain accountability for actions performed by team members. In this article, you will learn how to use Audit Logs to track changes effectively.

Requirements

  1. An active ClickFunnels account

  2. Has access to the ClickFunnels workspace as an account/team owner

Important:

Even if you have special privileges as a team adminstrator to access all features in the workspace, you will not be able to acess the Audit Logs feature. To access the Audit Logs feature, you must be the ClickFunnels account/team owner. The account/team owner is the individual who registered for the ClickFunnels account.

How Audit Logs Help

Audit Logs are an essential tool for workspace management. They provide insight into:

  • Tracking changes: Monitor various events such as affiliate management, product updates, payment method changes, and payment-specific events ]like Stripe or Payments AI. These logs allow you to see what actions were performed within your workspace.

  • Accountability: Identify the individual responsible for each logged event. Whether a team member updates roles, modifies payment settings, or adjusts affiliate settings, the logs capture who performed the action.

  • Event history: Maintain a comprehensive and chronological record of events, such as "Affiliate Created," "Product Updated," or "Payment Method Updated," ensuring complete transparency.

  • Notifications: Receive email alerts for critical events that require attention, such as enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or updating payment methods.

Example:

Imagine your workspace has three team members with access to different features. One team member creates a new affiliate campaign, updates a product's pricing, and modifies payment methods. Audit Logs capture all these changes, showing who made the updates and when they occurred. This ensures that any unintended changes can be traced back to their source.
