Integrations: How to Integrate with Twilio

This article will cover how to integrate Twilio with your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. Twilio provides programmable communication tools for making and receiving phone calls and text messages and performing other communication functions using its web service APIs.

Important Note: Ensure you are logged into your ClickFunnels and Twilio accounts before starting the integration.

Requirements: 

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account

• A Twilio Account

Adding a new integration in ClickFunnels:

1. From the left bottom corner, click the Settings icon, then click on Integrations.
   
   
   

2. Click on Connect Integration.
   

3. Select Twilio from the Integrations tab.
   
   
   

4. A new pop-up window with a form to add your Twilio information will appear.
   
   

Important Note: Consider turning off your pop-up blockers or adding this site as a secure site if you can't see the pop-up window from your browser.

Get your Tokens from Twilio

1. From your Twilio account, access the API & Tokens area.
   
   

2. Locate your Account SID.
   
   
   

3. Locate your Auth token.

Adding your Tokens to ClickFunnels:

1. Paste the Account SID in the Username field.

2. Paste the Auth Token in the Password field.

3. Click on Proceed.
   

4. If the integration succeeds, you will see the integration in the integrations dashboard under the “Active” status.
