Blog: Default Blog Description

This article will cover information on how to set up the Default Blog Description. This is part of the Default Settings used for SEO and sharing with social networks like Facebook and Twitter. These settings can be overridden for individual pages and blog posts.

Adding a Default Blog Description to your Site:

1. Click the Site & Funnels icon on the left side of the Workspace Dashboard.

   

2. In the top left, click the Blog section.

   

3. Click on the Gear/Cog icon in the top right of the Blog section.

   

4. Scroll down the SEO & Sharing section and find the Default Blog Description section. Type in the Default Blog Description for the Blog.

   

5. Now click Update Blog in the bottom right of the page.

   

6. Congratulations, the blog has a default description.
