Before reaching out directly to our support team, we recommend exploring the following resources to find quick answers and solutions:

  1. Knowledge Base: Our Knowledge Base is full of articles, tutorials, and videos on a wide range of topics. It’s a great place to find quick answers and step-by-step guides.

  2. ClickFunnels (Official) Community: Join the ClickFunnels Official Community on Facebook to connect with other users. Share experiences, ask questions, and get advice from people who have faced similar challenges.

  3. ClickFunnels Affiliate Community: Connect with other ClickFunnels affiliates on our dedicated Facebook community. Share tips, ask questions, and learn from the experiences of other affiliates.

  4. AI Support Bot: Our AI Support Bot is trained to help you get answers fast! It can provide you with resources, guide you through troubleshooting steps, and offer solutions to common issues. Here’s how to access the AI Support Bot:

    1. Click on the Help button on the top right of your workspace.
    2. Type your query in the Search bar.

How to Contact Us

Chat is available Monday through Friday.

For more direct assistance, you can contact us through our ticketing system or live chat. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Help button on the top right of your workspace to open the Resource Center.

  2. Click Contact us to chat with a support agent through our ticketing system. You have two options to contact us:

By Email:

Click the envelope ? icon to send us an email at support@clickfunnels.com. We usually reply within 1-2 hours during business hours.

Live Chat:

  1. Click on the message bubble ? icon to join a live chat with our agents.
  2. Select what you need help with (Billing, Customer Service, or Technical Support).
  3. Describe the issue you need help with.
  4. We will assign your conversation to an agent who will respond in the order it was received. The average wait time is 5-10 minutes.
