Before reaching out directly to our support team, we recommend exploring the following resources to find quick answers and solutions:

  1. Knowledge Base: Our Knowledge Base is full of articles, tutorials, and videos on a wide range of topics. It’s a great place to find quick answers and step-by-step guides.
  2. AI Support Bot: Our AI Support Bot is trained to help you get answers fast! It can provide you with resources, guide you through troubleshooting steps, and offer solutions to common issues. Here’s how to access the AI Support Bot:
    1. Click the Help button on the top right of your workspace.
    2. Type your query in the Search bar.
    3. Click Ask AI to get immediate suggestions.

How to Contact Us

Chat is available Monday through Friday, 3:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

For more direct assistance, you can contact us through our ticketing system or live chat. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Help button on the top right of your workspace to open the Resource Center.
  2. In the Resource Center, you’ll have the following options:
    • By Email: Click the envelope ? icon to send us an email at support@clickfunnels.com. We usually reply within 1-2 hours during business hours.
    • Live Chat:
      1. Click the Contact Support button at the bottom of the HelpHub window.
      2. Type your question into the AI Support Bot. The more detail you provide, the better the bot can assist you.
      3. If you still need to connect with a live agent, ask the AI to speak to an agent or contact support.
      4. The bot will connect you to an agent who will respond in the order your request was received.
