Integrations : How to Integrate ActiveCampaign into a Workflow

In this article, we will discuss how to integrate with ActiveCampaign using a Workflow. Doing so allows you to perform various actions relating to contacts in your ActiveCampaign account, such as adding or removing a contact from a list. Different actions may require different settings to be configured.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • A Workflow
  • An active ActiveCampaign account

Step by Step Walk Through:

  1. Open the Workflow Builder for the Workflow to which you wish to add an ActiveCampaign Integration step.

  2. Click on the plus icon in the spot where you wish to add the step.

  3. Scroll down to the Other section and click on 3rd Party Integration.

  4. Find the ActiveCampaign integration and click on it.

  5. Select which ActiveCampaign account you wish to use or add a new one.

  6. Click on the Next button.

  7. Select an Action, then follow the prompts to configure the action for your needs.

    Important Note: Select Add Tag under “Select Action” to send your ClickFunnels contacts to your ActiveCampaign contacts. Add Tag allows you to add your contacts to more than one email list in ActiveCampaign using Tags and Automation.



  8. When ready, click the Next button at the bottom of the modal window.

  9. Click on the Save button to finish the process and add the step.

  10. Congratulations! You now know how to add an ActiveCampaign Integration step to your Workflow!
