Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) FAQs

Modified on Fri, 6 Oct, 2023 at 6:37 AM

Question: What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security measure that requires two forms of authentication to access an account or device. In addition to a password or PIN, the user must provide a second factor, such as a fingerprint, a code generated by a mobile app, or a physical security key. 2FA provides an additional layer of security that helps to prevent unauthorized access and protect sensitive information.

Question: How can I use 2FA with ClickFunnels 2.0?

There is currently no support for 2FA in ClickFunnels 2.0. Instead, ClickFunnels provides the capability for a "magic sign-in link" to be delivered to recipients' email inboxes. That way, there's no need for a password to access the Customer Center.

If you would like to see 2FA implemented in ClickFunnels 2.0, please vote for a feature request or submit a new one.
