[Archived] - Shipping: Shipping Option Settings

This article will go over the settings available when creating or editing a Shipping Option for calculating Live Rates at checkout.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An active Shippo account connected to the Workspace
  • A Live Rates Shipping Option created

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Name:

The “Name” is used to identify a specific Shipping Option. Pick something unique and descriptive to help differentiate it from other Shipping Options.

Fallback Rate:

The “Fallback Rate” allows you to set a flat fee that will be charged in the event that none of the selected Carrier Services returns a live price.

Markup:

The “Markup” is a percentage of the shipping rate that gets charged to the customer in addition to the shipping rate itself.

Carrier Services:

The “Carrier Services” are all of the supported carriers and the services that they offer. You can combine carriers and select multiple services.

Important Note: Only the most affordable rate will be shown at checkout.

Important Note: Be sure to choose domestic and international services if you need to calculate rates in domestic and international shipping zones.
