[Archived] - Shipping: How to Connect a ShipStation Integration

This article will review the steps necessary to connect a ShipStation account to a ClickFunnels Workspace. Doing so lets you calculate live shipping rates during checkout and generate shipping labels using Fulfillments directly in ClickFunnels.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An existing ShipStation account or the ability to sign up

Accessing the Shipping Menu

  1. Click “Settings” from the left navigation menu.

Connect ShipStation

  1. Click the “Shipping Integrations” tab.

  2. Click the “Connect” button under “ShipStation.”

    You can add multiple ShipStation integrations to your workspace. After connecting an integration, you will see an additional ShipStation box integration added, click on Connect another account if you are adding an additional ShipStation integration.

  3. On a different tab or browser window, access your ShipStation account and generate or retrieve your API and API secret keys. Here’s a link to the official ShipStation Article on generating new API keys or retrieving your existing ones.

  4. Back at your ClickFunnels 2.0 account, please paste your API Key and API Secret and click on Save and Continue.

  5. Set a Name for this ShipStation integration.

  6. Select a ShipStation Store.

  7. Please select a Hold Time option as desired. If you have a selling process with upsells or multiple steps with different products, you can delay sending orders to ShipStation so they are grouped into a single order.

  8. Select the Locations for which this ShipStation integration should be active.

  9. Toggle the Send Fulfillment Emails option ON if you want to email your customers when you purchase a shipping label in ShipStation for their orders.

  10. Click on Create Integration.

  11. You will be directed back to your ClickFunnels Workspace, where you can verify the ShipStation account is connected.
