Element Settings: Terms and Conditions

This article will cover the Terms and Conditions feature from the Checkout Buttons component inside the Smart Checkout settings. The Terms and Conditions feature allows you to add a paragraph about your site or funnel Terms and Conditions and the ability to agree to them. 

Important Note: Terms and Conditions settings must be enabled by clicking on the toggle.

Requirements: 

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• A Funnel page
• The Smart Checkout element

Terms and Conditions:

The Terms and Conditions feature allows you to add a small paragraph about your Site’s Terms and Conditions and becomes a requirement to submit the checkout. This means that once added, your customers must accept the Terms and Conditions by checking that checkbox before going to the next step.

The text editor from Terms and Conditions comes with a top toolbar and the following features:

Color Picker. You can select bits of text and then change the color by clicking under this feature and using the color wheel selector.

Bold. You can bold the selected text.

Italic. You can italicize the selected text.

Underline. You can add an underline to the selected text.

Strike through. You can add a horizontal crossing line to the selected text.

Link. You can add a hyperlink to the selected text. This is a great feature to link back to your Terms and Conditions page.
