Requirements

Configure Customer Center

  • Headline: Type the public name of your site in the Customer Center in this field.
  • Privacy Policy URL: The Privacy Policy URL is the web address where your company’s privacy policy is located, outlining how user data is collected, used, and protected.
  • Terms Of Service URL: Terms of Service URL is the web address where your company’s terms of service document, detailing the rules and agreements governing users’ use of your products or services.

Visibility Settings

  • Order History: A record of past purchases made by your customer within a specified timeframe.
  • Billing Information: Details regarding the email address and billing address associated with your customer’s account.
  • Credit Memos: This area displays credits that you issued to a customer, indicating a credit owed to the customer for returned or undelivered goods.
  • Payment Method Updates: This option allows your customers to add, edit, or remove payment methods associated with their accounts.
  • Subscription Updates: An option that allows users to modify subscription plans.
  • Subscription Cancel: An option that allows users to terminate their subscription.
  • Subscription Pause: An option that allows users to temporarily suspend their subscription without canceling it entirely.
  • Course Enrollments: This refers to a customer’s registration or enrollment in specific courses or educational programs.
