Chat settings in MessageHub provide the tools to manage key details about your workspace. Updating settings such as your account name, language preferences, and ticket resolution timeline ensures your workspace operates according to your team’s requirements. This article explains how to access and adjust these settings effectively.

An active ClickFunnels account
The MessageHub App
Accessing and Updating Chat Settings
Open the MessageHub app from the left-side menu in your ClickFunnels Workspace.
Navigate to Settings âš™ > Chat Settings.
Update the Account Name to reflect your team or organization.
Choose a Site Language for the interface, such as English (en).
Enable Conversation Continuity to ensure follow-up emails are sent to customers when agents are unavailable.
Set the Auto Resolve Settings to define how many days of inactivity will automatically resolve a conversation.
View the Account ID, a unique identifier used for API-based integrations. This field cannot be edited.
Click Update Settings in the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.
