Saving Conversations as Folders in MessageHub

Organizing conversations efficiently is key for providing excellent customer support. In MessageHub, you can use advanced filters to group conversations and save them as folders for quick access. These folders help you organize specific types of conversations, such as unresolved tickets, messages assigned to a team, or conversations with particular labels. With saved filters, you can focus on important tasks and improve efficiency.

This article explains how to create and manage folders to better organize your conversations in MessageHub.


Requirements:


Creating and Saving Filters as Folders

  1. Navigate to the MessageHub app in the left-side menu in your ClickFunnels Workspace.

  2. The Conversations tab opens by default, showing all your messages.

  3. Click the filter icon at the top of the conversation list panel.

  4. Select the filter type, such as status, label, or assignee, from the options provided.

  5. Choose the operator (e.g., "equal to," "not equal to") and specify the filter value.

  6. Click Apply filters to view all conversations matching your criteria.

  7. Click the save icon next to the filter options in the conversation list panel.

  8. Enter a Name for the filter in the pop-up window and click Save filter.

Your saved filter will now appear in the Folders section of the sidebar for easy access.


Managing Saved Folders in MessageHub

Saved folders in MessageHub help keep conversations organized and easily accessible. You can manage these folders by editing, renaming, or deleting them directly from the Folders section.

To update a folder:

  1. Locate the folder you wish to manage in the Folders section of the MessageHub sidebar.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the folder's name to open the Edit Folder modal.

  3. Adjust the folder name, query filters, or both as needed.

  4. Once you’ve made the changes, click Update Folder to save your edits.

To delete a folder:

  1. Click the trash bin icon next to the folder's name in the sidebar.

  2. Confirm the deletion in the modal by clicking Yes, Delete.
