Integrating Your Supliful Account with ClickFunnels
Confirm you are logged into both your ClickFunnels and Supliful account.
Select the ClickFunnels Workspace you want to connect with Supliful.
Click Authorize to link your ClickFunnels workspace with Supliful. This authorization allows Supliful to sync products, orders, and essential data with your store and funnels.

After successful authorization, you'll be redirected back to Supliful. Here, you will need to complete the final step by clicking Connect Store to [your email address].

Once completed, your ClickFunnels account will be successfully connected under the My Stores tab in Supliful. You will see a green badge as confirmation that the connection is active.

To view the Supliful integration in ClickFunnels, go to Workspace Settings » Integrations » External Integrations.
How to Add Supliful Products in ClickFunnels
Follow these steps to add branded Supliful products to your ClickFunnels workspace:
Find Products: In your Supliful account, navigate to the Catalog tab in your Supliful dashboard on the left. Browse through the 250+ supplement products available. Click on any product to view essential details, including ingredients, usage instructions, manufacturer information, and shipping costs.
Select and Customize Your Product: Once you’ve selected a product, click the Customize & Sell button.
You will be directed to the Supliful Product Editor, where you can:
Edit the product name and price: Set your retail pricing to ensure profitable margins.
Design your label: Use Supliful's downloadable templates or Canva to create your custom branded label.
Upload your label: Upload the finalized label design in PDF format under Step 2.
Publish to ClickFunnels: Click the Publish button to add the product to your ClickFunnels workspace. If you leave the Product Editor without publishing, your product will be saved as a draft in the Supliful My Products tab, where you can return to complete it later.

To view your products in ClickFunnels, go to Products » All Products and confirm that the price, billing information, and product settings are correct.
Important:
The import process from Supliful to ClickFunnels may take a few moments to complete. Allow some time for the import to finish, and you can refresh the ClickFunnels product page to view the details accurately.
Manage orders in Supliful: Avoid updating your products directly in ClickFunnels. Make all updates in Supliful first, then publish those changes to ClickFunnels to ensure product information remains synchronized.
Working with Multiple Sales Channels
If your products are already listed in your Shopify Store or TikTok Shop, you cannot add the same products to your ClickFunnels through your Supliful My Products tab.
You have two options:
Duplicate the product within the My Products tab in Supliful and publish it to ClickFunnels separately.
Add new products from the Supliful catalog and publish them to your ClickFunnels.

Setting Up Shipping Rates for Supliful Products

Managing Orders of Supliful Products
Once a customer places an order for a Supliful product in your ClickFunnels store or funnels, the process unfolds as follows:
ClickFunnels Processes the Order: ClickFunnels collects the payment from your customer and transmits the order information to Supliful automatically.
Order Fulfillment in Supliful:
The new order is automatically synced to your Supliful account.
Orders are sent to Supliful once a customer completes a purchase.
Supliful manufactures the product with your custom label, packages it, and ships it directly to your customer.
Order Status Updates:
Once an order is shipped in Supliful, the fulfillment status is automatically synced back to ClickFunnels.
The order will show as Fulfilled in the Fulfillments section of your ClickFunnels order dashboard.
Important:
Managing ClickFunnels Orders: If you need to cancel the order altogether, you’ll need to do so manually within ClickFunnels. For instructions on managing orders in ClickFunnels, refer to the article How to Create and Manage Orders.
How to Remove Supliful Integration
If you need to remove the Supliful integration from ClickFunnels, follow these steps:
Navigate to Workspace Settings and select the Integrations menu.
Go to the External Integrations tab.
Find the Supliful integration and click the Trash icon.
Click Proceed to confirm the deletion.
Important:
Removing the integration disconnects Supliful from your ClickFunnels store and funnels. Your customers are still able to make purchases, but the order will not automatically be sent to Supliful for fulfillment.

Do I need to buy inventory before I start selling?
No, you don’t need to hold any inventory. Unlike some dropshipping platforms, Supliful handles the entire manufacturing and fulfillment process, including applying your custom label to products. You don't need to pay Supliful separately for each order—your Supliful subscription covers fulfillment costs based on your plan.
Can I cancel an order in Supliful, and will it affect the order in ClickFunnels?
Canceling fulfillment in Supliful does not cancel the order in ClickFunnels. You need to manually manage and cancel the order in ClickFunnels if required. For more information, refer to ClickFunnels’ order management guide.
How do customers receive their products when I use Supliful?
Once you make a sale, Supliful handles 100% of the product fulfillment. They process and ship the order directly to your customer.
