The example of an order confirmation email.

This article will go over our Order Confirmation Email feature. When your users purchase from one of your funnels, an automated confirmation will be emailed directly to the stated email.

We have an enhanced email confirmation that will display trial information for free and paid trials, trial end date, setup fee, payment info, shipping info (method and address), product images, and even your workspace logo.

If you have a custom Order Confirmation Email set for your workspace, you must deactivate your custom template to see our default Order Confirmation Email.

How to Set the Default Order Confirmation Email

This format of the Order Confirmation Email is a built-in feature in your ClickFunnels 2.0 workspace; as long as you set your products and marketing features appropriately, the order confirmation email will be sent automatically after every sale you make.

If you already have your own Order Confirmation Email template set to override the default email and would like to go back to using the original email format, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to System Emails under Settings at the bottom-left corner of your page.
