This article will review the process of filtering your contacts. This tool allows you to apply different filters to your contacts to sort and organize them better.
You can filter your contacts based on different criteria and apply more than one condition, which will help you build your contact lists easily.

Requirements
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
- Contacts Added to your Account
This feature is only available for 2023 FHL atendees at the moment.
Filter Options
Click on the Filter button at the top of your Contact’s Dashboard.
These are the current filters you can apply. Select one.
For this example, I selected Contact Tags.After selecting one filter, the “Condition,” “Group,” and “Save Filter” buttons will appear.
+ And
Add an “AND” condition. This means that contacts need to meet both criteria to be filtered.
To add a Condition, click + And and select one option.
For this example, I selected Purchased Product.
Example: This filter means that only contacts that meet BOTH conditions: a specific Contact Tag AND a specific purchase will be filtered.You can keep adding multiple AND conditions by clicking on +Or.

Add an “OR” condition. This means that contacts must meet at least one criteria to be filtered.
To add a Group, click + Or and select one option.
For this example, I selected Enrolled in Course.
Example: This filter means that contacts will be filtered either if they have a particular tag OR are enrolled in a specific course.You can keep adding multiple OR groups by clicking on +Or.
Save Filters
Once you complete filtering your contacts, click on Save Filter.
Add a Name for your filter and click Enter
You can access your saved filters by clicking on Filter and then Saved Filters.
