This article will review the different Status Badges a contact can have. When a contact is added to your Workspace, they will get a Status Badge. These Badges help you identify and understand why your emails can bounce for some contacts.

Accessing your Contacts

Click Customers from the left-hand main menu.

Click on Contacts.

You will see All Contacts displayed. For each contact, you will see the following:
- Contact’s email address.
- Tags added to that contact.
- Status. These can be: Subscribed, Unsubscribed, and Undeliverable.
- LTV (Life Time Value) Is the revenue generated by this contact.
- The date the contact was created or added.
- The last date when the contact was updated.
Subscribed Badge
This green badge shows for the contacts who have a valid email address and have been subscribed to any of your pages.
Unsubscribed Badge
This red badge shows when the contact has clicked the “Unsubscribe from everything” button from your emails.
Undeliverable Badge
This red badge will appear when an email bounces trying to reach this contact. This means you won’t be able to send emails to contacts with this badge to protect your sender’s reputation.
An email can bounce for several reasons. Hovering over the Undeliverable Badge will show the specific reason. The options are:
- Invalid Mailbox.
- Recipient is not valid.
- Mailbox name too short.
- This domain is not configured to accept mail.
- Domain name not registered.
- The email address does not pass syntax validations.
